COURSE AND ELIGIBILITY
Eligibilities:
Applicants must hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent first-class honors and an average score of 6.5 in IELTS (or similar examination), with 6.5 in writing and no other categories below 6.0.
Applicants have an MA Education (International) bid already to hold.
Applicants must be a national of, and resident in, a less developed, other low-income or low-middle-income country listed in the DAC.
For an OECD country, applicants for foreign scholarships must not have studied beforehand.
